COQUINESA’s managememt establishes as quality policy to carry out the products and services in a way that satisfies the expectations and the requirements of the costumers and comply with the applicable specifications and regulations, being at the same time competitive.
They will also take the necessary steps to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained throughout the organization.
To this goal, they assume to apply the following decisions:
1. Define, implement and improve in the company a quality management system based on ISO 9001 whose scope of action is the production and commercialization of galvanized baths and surface treatment.
2. Provide the company with the appropriate human and technical resources to properly manage the quality of products.
3. Create a favorable environment for quality promotion within the company, training and motivating the staff in relation to quality and teamwork, therefore it will allow the professional and personal development of all its members, with the continuous improvement of its efficiency and the full satisfaction of customers.
4. Delegate the necessary authority to the Quality Manager to manage and verify the quality management system
5. We have the firm commitment to comply with all the legal and regulatory requirements, and to strive to be more strict with those requirements whenever possible.
6. We will systematically study the context in which the organization operates, in order to be able to adapt it to the positive and / or negative conditions that may affect it.
7. The quality policy shall be reviewed periodically and, where appropriate, adapted and updated.
